Working principle
Material through the feeding system into the inside of the box, box bearing shredding blade, material after shredding blade tearing, shearing and other comprehensive effects, shredding into small pieces of material, discharged from the lower box.
The crushing principle of the shredder machine is that the two shafts are equipped with staggered blades, two shafts in the process of opposite rotation through the cutting of the blade, and the tearing of the blade teeth to achieve crushing. The main shear mode is the shear action of the adjacent knife edge, and the secondary shear mode is the tearing action of the knife tooth.
