1.You are manufacturer or trading company?

2.Can you produce new products according to the samples or drawings?
Yes, we can make new product by samples or technical drawings. And we warmly welcome OEM or ODM cooperation with our partners.
3.What is your terms of payment?
We normally accept 30% before production, remaining balance paid before shipment, we also accept at sight L/C. On the other hand,for our critical clients, our payment terms can be negotiable.
4.What is the lead time?
For first order, it will take about 40 days to delivery the goods since receipt of deposit or at sight L/C. Repeat order will take about 35 days since date of receiving deposit.
5.What is your terms of packing?
We will pack our product by gift box firstly, and then we will make package by 6 units or more units in one master carton.
6.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, you are free to choose any one as you like.
7.How about warranty?
We provide one year warranty for our products. We will solve problem coming from our quality defects.
