Product Description
Silicone lifecasting supplies can be used for a long time and maintain extreme softness. It is also characterized by excellent electrical performance and other merits, such as chemical stability, waterproof, corrupt resistance, physiological inert, non-toxic, aging-resistance, easy pouring, easy operation, and full vulcanization. It can meet requirement of the mechanical strength even with a very low hardness.Mix part A and part B of our lifecasting silicone rubber evenly according to the mixing proportion of 1:1, and can be poured after deaired the bubbles.
The operating time (1-5) hrs depends on different temperature; the curing time is 5-6 hrs at the room temperature; and the curing time can be reduced to 10 minutes with the temperature increased to 80~120°C. The operating time of the room temperature quick drying type is less than 20 minutes and the curing time is 1 hour. The product can be produced in red, yellow, etc., but you should consult us about the pigment first.
