1. Are you factory or trading company?
We are manufacturer with more than 30 years experience on embroidery patch.
2. Can I do custom patches?
Of course. Welcome OEM or ODM orders. Moreover, we can provide you free design service with our premium design team.
3. What is your payment terms?
30% prepay for sampling and production. 70% balance payments before shipping.
4. If I can get free samples for quality check before placing an order for mass production?
Yes. We can ship you samples for quality check pay with sample fee and freight. And sample fee can be refund when you place a mass production order. Generally, to save time, I’ll take a picture or video of sample for your check before mass production.
5. What is the lead time for sample and production?
Generally it takes 3-5 working days to do sample. After confirmation on sample, we'll finish production within 3-10 working days. it will prolongs few days in peak season.
6. What is your quality control process?
We do 100% QC after production and spot checking before delivery.
7. Does the price includes freight and custom?
No, it's FOB price. we'll check freight fare for you before shipping.
8. How much is the freight fare?
Please kindly share me shipping address, thanks. So I can check G.W. of parcel and turn back you the freight fare.
9. What's shipping way?
DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, etc. If you have prefer courier, please let me know.
10. What's package?
Neutral carton box with polybag or kraftpaper bag with label . ( PS: there's surcharge if choose kraftpaper bag with label for each patch)
