Flaxseed features:

Flaxseed contains more than 40% oil. After heating for 3 minutes, the heat can be retained for a long time. After 30 minutes, half of the heat can be retained. So flaxseed can be used as a heating product, heating cap, waist bag, belly bag, hip bag and so on.

Use and efficacy.

Cold treatment: Place the flaxseed cap in the freezer for 30-60 minutes, then place it on your head as a hair ice treatment or on your skin as a cold compress.
Hot Treatment: Put the flaxseed cap in the microwave on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes(no more than 3 minutes), then put it on your hair as a heat treatment, or on sore areas of your body to soothe the pain and stiffness.
