Q:Can your products be customized?
A: Yes! The style of chairs can vary according to your preferences, including material, color, size etc. Colorful carton or embroider logo on the chair, is also workable for us. You can also give us your design and we will create a new mold.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A:We value every order with different quantity, no matter one piece or 1000pcs, as we always feel grateful to every customer who can choose us from huge choices.
Q: Can l mix items in one container?
A: Generally, we try to satisfy all requests from clients. Please contact us if you want to mix.
Q: Can you provide a sample?
A: Yes. The fee of samples and transportation should be paid by the buyer. But don't worry, we will return the fee when buyers place orders.
Q: How would you control the quality?
A:To confirm the order, we will check with you the product detailed specification, such as product size, material, leather/fabric color, according to the sample confirmed, and make sure it acts strictly the same as mass production. When it comes into production, we will track every process by QC inspectors. And we will also take photos of every process for you to update your information. When production is finished, you can designate inspectors or third part to check the goods. We will do our best to cooperate with them and solve problems when it occurs.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: 1) By T/T, 30% deposit, the rest paid off before delivery.
2) By T/T, 50% deposit, the rest paid off at sight of B/L copy.
3) L/C at sight.
4) Price terms accepted: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q: What is your leading time or delivery time?
A: Lead time for bulk order: 20-25 days.
Lead time for sample order: 7-10 days.
Port of loading: Ningbo and Shanghai.
