There are three ways of generating ozone artificially, Air Discharge, Ultraviolet Light Radiation and Electrolysiswhich can be divided into two kinds—Chemical Electrolysis Technology and Polymer Electrolyte.
Membrane (PEM)Ozone technology.Low-tension DC connects anode and cathode of the special solidmembrane and then water is electrolyzed. The water on the anode will lose atoms and hydrogen and oxygen wilseparate. Oxygen gets energy under high concentration current and polymerize into ozone.
Features of PEM ozone generator
1.The PEM ozone generator which operates at constant pressures to produce a continuous flow of ozone in anoxygen stream having 20% by weight of ozone.

2.The produced gas are only oxygen and ozone, without NOX nitrides which may induce cancer to human body

3.PEM cell uses 3.5v low-tension DC voltage. It has no electricity danger, no electromagnetic wave and noisegenerated. It can work along with other high accuracy instrument in the lab.

4.The source used in PEM cell is only pure water, with electricity current. lt is safe to operate and easy to maintain.lt needs no prepared equipments.

5.The use of 3.5v low voltage means that the wearout on the anodes and cathodes of PEM cell is very limited. Itensures a long life running more than 8,000 hours.

6.The located place chosen is not subject to the ambient temperature and humidity. It can run under thecircumstance of 90% humidity.

7.Self cooling water loop has no danger of fire accident.

8.High concentration of ozone production make sure high dissolved amount in water with easy.

Product use and features
DJ-W series ozonated water generator is developed by YIDI Instrument Factory with its proprietary patented technology, which utilizes pure water as raw material to obtain ozone through low voltage electrolysis, requiring neither auxiliary materials nor additives, produces ozone concentration as much as 18-20%. The Machine is extensively applicable in pharmaceutical, medical, food, drinking water, seafood, tourism, entertainment, osmetic, poultry farming and other industries, and suitable for surface disinfection in hotels, restaurants, canteens, hospitals and farms. When used for sterilization, the target surface to be sterilized may be washed with clean water in advance according to the quantity of objects to facilitate sterilization; experimental study shows that continuous spraying for 0.5-5.0 minutes could thoroughly sterilize the surface.
