Q1. How can I know the quality before I place an order?
A1. Before placing the order, we can send you sample to check the quality and confirm everything by yourself.
Q2. Can I get the free sample?
A2. Of course, free sample is available, but the fee of express will be charged. If you need a OEM/ODM sample, the fee of sample will also be charged, but would be returned after placing the order.
Q3. What’s your MOQ?
A3. Normally our MOQ is 1000pairs and at least 500pairs per style and color. But in some styles, our MOQ can be as low as 50 pairs,just like flat shoes.
Q4. How can I place an order?
A4. Firstly, you can contact any sales people for your order and please provide your requirements and packing details as clear as possible. Then we can send you the offer ASAP.
Q5. How can I check the quality and packing of the goods during producing?
A5. We have professional QC people who specially test the shoes quality and packing details, meanwhile, take some videos and pictures for your checking.
