For acrylic polishing machine ,its consume spare is Electrolyte powder,its 3USD/bottle

 

 

USE instruction :

1. Pour 0.25kg of special electrolyzed powder into the alkali-resistant dissolver, add a small amount of distilled water (completely dissolve the electrolyzed powder), stir it for a little while, and let it cool for about 20 minutes. Connect the hose and flame gun, connect the air outlet, select the nozzle type according to the thickness of the burr.

 

2. Unscrew and add the solution nut. Slowly fill to a level below the "high" level (never exceed 90 degrees) and tighten the nut.

 

3, loosen the alcohol tank, slowly add alcohol (not more than 50%), tighten the alcohol tank.

 

4, connect the power to start, the power indicator light, fan switch, gas outlet gas sense, pressure gauges have instructions, that all is normal.

 

5, open the spray gun regulating valve, the first use of attention to 5 seconds after the open flame, flame straight or inclined to the flash, keep the appropriate distance, evenly scan it.

 

6. Add water in a timely manner. If it is found that the liquid level indication has dropped significantly, it is necessary to add water in a timely manner (without adding electrolytic powder).

 

7. Electrolyte powder preparations are properly filled when the current is significantly reduced.

 

 

Common question :

flame yellow: too much filter, fire mouth is too dirty.

The barometer has air pressure but it does not vent

- Replacement of fire protection device; check leakage point

 

The acrylic that is thrown has bubbles, not shiny: Acrylic is not clean

Electrolyte: It must be filled for the first time. Strong alkaline 15-20% concentration.

Consumed fuel: water (distilled water, pure water, cold water, tap water)

Filter: Alcohol or distilled water with a purity above 95
