XCMG official DG72M1 72m 10X4 aerial platform fire fighting truck with Benz chassis.
The aerial truck is equipped with chassises Actros5548E5/10×4 manufactured by German Mercedes Benz, the superstructure of which is equipped with full slewing. Electric control and hydraulic drive adopted in each moving mechanism brings the vehicle features of easy operation, flexible movement, safety and reliability and strong practicability.
Advantages and Features:
1. The DG72M1 is an aerial truck with multi-function of electrically-control hydraulic drive, full slewing and combined booms.
2. As for chassis, it’s adopted by B chassises, German Benz Actros5548E5/10×4 and standard V emission stardard, whose combined boom system consists of 4 sections of telescopic boom No.1+3 sections of telescopic boom No.2+ 1 section of flexible boom. The Max span is upto 25m with strong obstacle crossing capability.
3.Variable displacement piston pump constant voltage control system should be adopted in hydraulic system with good inching performance.
4. The electric control system is adopted by the distributed control technology based on PLC and CAN MHz, which can realize automatic leveling of the substructure vehicle, load weighing of platform, ultrasonic anticollision detection of platform, IoT, dynamic attitude monitoring and presentation of single key operation.
5. It not only dynamically displays the working parameters and limit state of the superstructure vehicle, which realizes all kinds of action control and safety protection of the whole vehicle, but it also ensures the stability and fretting of the boom movement.
