We accept T/T,L/C,Western union and some of other payment methods. Usually we prefer 100% T/T in advance, for special order, 40% of total amount would be paid when place order and the rest would be paid before shipment.

A: We transport the product as your requirement, currently mainly by air, depending on the quantity and the machine you order or whether you are urgent or not. We will suggest you suitable transportation way, by air or by sea.
  
4. What kind of packing way for product? 
A: Depends on which kind product you order. Most of products are packed with cartons. Some products are packed with wooden boxes. All of the packing way is based on the safety of the product!
  
5. What kind of warranty will be offer? 
A: The warranty of our products varies from 12 months to 18 months from the delivery date., ie, one year for the reagents and one and half an year for our analyzer & extractor. During the warranty time, if any problem, we offer after-sale service for free including free spare parts.
