Normal order delivery time is 2-30 days after recevie deposit. Big order delivery time with confirm with order management dept.
3.What is your terms of payments?
30% deposit in advance, balance before shipment.
4.Is it difficult to build a prefab house?
Easy to install, installation video and guide book will be send to you demostrating the steps for installation.Or an engineer or installation team can be arranged on site.
5.Do you provide on-site installation service?
Big projects provide installation services, installation charge standard: 150 USD / Day, customer charge travel fee,
accommodation, translation fee, and ensure staff's health and safety.
6.How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
100% strict quality check before shipping and delivery.
7.How can I get the quotation of the project?
If you have a design, we can offer a quotation accordingly.
If you don't have a design, we can provide a full design package service and offer a quotation based on the confirmed design accordingly.
8.What is your supply capacity?
We supply over 160000 sets of standard containers monthly.
9.Can you help to provide purchase and install the interior appliances?
We can help provide and purchase some appliances if needed such as air conditioning, refrigerator, dishwasher, ocen etc. which will be packed inside rhe container shipped together with the container house.

With the following information; container or structure type, size and area, materials and finishes of roof, ceiling, walls and
floors, other specific requests, we will then offer a quotation accordingly.For fixed or standard products; for example portable toilets, expandable containers, domes etc. We will be able to provide a quotation within 10 minutes upon receiving your inquiries.
