2. What's your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 100pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you
need,we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
3. Can I get Samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But we will sample charge for custom designs.Sample charge is refundable when orders is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by DHL, FEDEX,UPS or TNT. You can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account.It takes about 3-7 days to resch you, subject where you are.
4. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing sample, it takes 1-2 days.They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days,subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen,etc. Anyway, we will resonse fast to your request.
5.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for largequantity.
