Custom color printed aluminum screw caps in 38/400 size. Ideal metal lid for glass or PET capsule bottles for supplement packing. The following photos show you the packing effect of various colored lids for clear bottles, frost bottles and amber bottles. Except for color printing, custom logo embossing can also be processed. We provide the whole set packaging products of bottles and lids together with gurantee of sealing performance!

We have 18mm X 12mm and 18mm X 14mm aluminum screw caps. Custom logo printing or embossing can be processed.
20mm Series
Standard 20/400 aluminum screw caps for PET bottle, glass bottle and aluminum bottle.
24mm Series
Two sizes of 24mm X 13mm (24/400) and 24mm X 15mm (24/410)
28mm Series
Three types of 28mm X 11mm, 28mm X 13mm and 28mm X 15mm
31mm Series
Mainly used for 3.3 borosilicate glass bottles for candy, seasoning or cosmetics packing. Caps can be anodized in shiny silver or shiny gold. We provide bottle and caps together with gurantee of sealing performance.
38mm Series for PET Bottles
38mm X 15mm with specially custom designed threading for PET bottle neck.
38mm Series for Glass Bottles and Jars
Three types of 38mm X 11mm, 38mm X 13mm, 38mm X 15mm. Mostly be used on cream jars and amber capsule jars. Jars and caps can be provided together with gurantee of sealing performance.
53mm Series
Used on bottles or jars with standard neck size of 53/400. Printing, anodizing, pierced on caps can be processed.
70mm Series
Standard 70/400 aluminum screw cap. Mainly used on glass jars and PET jars. Suitable for packing of food, seasoning, cosmetics, etc..

For small lids, we normally choose random packing. 2000~5000 pcs per bag, 2 bags per carton.
For large lids, the packing way is layer packing to avoid scratch or deformation during transportation.
