A:Different device models need to be added in different ways depending on your smartphone and device model, there are two ways to add devices: using a QR code and using the AP mode.

A:If you want to access the camera on web browser, there are two ways to access the web client.Please go to our official
website,tap the "My device" to access the web client.
4. Q:How can I turn on / off face recognition?
A:You can go to the device's [Preferences] -> [Face recognition] to view the status of the [Face recognition and detection]
option. You can choose to turn this feature on or off.
5. Q:How to change the language of app?
A:If you want to change the language of Blurams app, please enter the [Me]>- [Preferences] >- [Language], select the language you needed.
6. Q:Why can’t I receive notifications?
A:If the phone doesn’t receive any alert notification, it might be because the phone isn’t connected to the Internet or push
notification permissions haven’t been enabled. Please make sure that the phone can access the Internet and that push notification permissions have been enabled for Blurams app.
7. Q:How many cameras can be set up on the Blurams app?
A:The Blurams app is only compatible with Blurams products. There is no limit to the number of Blurams products/Cameras that can be set up or shared in the Blurams app.
