ASA+PVC corrugated roof tile sheet, is a replacement product of color steel tile. Multi-layer co-extrusion technology is adopted to cover the anti-aging ASA layer on the surface of the product. The 4 layer Weather Proof ASA PVC Roofing sheet is manufactured by one-time processing through 4 layer co-extrusion technique. It has long lasting color stability and offers strong UV performance to ensure a long lifespan.
Heat insulation: With excellent weather resistance has a good heat insulation effect,and the thermal conductivity is 0.29w/mk, which is 1/2000 of color steel roof.
Sound insulation: The roof has good noise absorbing function under influence of outside noises including rainstorm and strong wind,etc.
Excellent Anti-corrosion Performance:It can resist long term acid ,alkali and salt corrosion ,etc.Tests have proved that there would be no chemical reaction after soaking in salt and alkali and various acid under 60% .It is ideal for application in areas where acid rain is common.
Perfect Self-cleaning Performance: The surface is compact and smooth “lotus effect” so it will not absorb dust and be clean and new after being washed by rain. It appears mottled phenomenon.

Q8.How long is your products warranty?
A8:We shall warranted all of our products within 12 months after you received them.
