For Epson T802 812 822 Refill Cartridges
The red indicator light is always on after flashing, and does not change to green light:
Reason 1: The probe of the chip resetter is not aligned with the contacts of the chip, or the contacts are dirty
Reason 2: If the non-original Epson ink cartridge is used, the chip may not be in close contact with the control needle.
Instructions for chip/cartridge before use:
1. First remove the transparent rubber plug of the ink filling hole of the ink cartridge.
2. Use a tool to fill the ink cartridge with ink.
3. Put the transparent rubber stopper back into the ink filling hole.
4. Remove the colored air rubber plug (if you do not know the air hole, please contact the seller ).
5. Install the corresponding color of the ink cartridge into the corresponding printer color.
6. The printer will clean the nozzle, after cleaning, it can be used normally.
Please strictly follow the steps 1~6 above
