5.Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
eg：Our factory is located in Ningbo City, Zhe Jiang Province, China. There has flight from Shanghai(1 hour), Guang Zhou(2 hrs) and Shen Zhen(2 hrs) to our city. Train from Shanghai to our city is 2 hrs. Welcome to visit our factory.
6.Delivery time
eg：Machines order takes 30 days after pre-payment received,mold order takes 40 days after confirm the product drawing or mold drawing. Preform orders depends on the qty. Please inquiry sales.
7.How About the after-sales service?
eg：We can guarantee all machines are new, different components have different warranties:
2 years: mechanical of clamping unit and injection unit
1 years: computer, electric parts in the electric cabinet
6months:
a. Easy broken parts like fuse, heater;
b. the screw and barrel.
8.Can you engineer come to our place to help with machine installation & commission?
eg：Yes, our engineers are available to travel to your place. Round flight tickets & accommodation will be at your cost.
9.Can I trust you?
