A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. You will need to pay for the sample cost and delivery cost, the sample cost could be refunded after official order.

A: It depends on the model you selected. Some models could accept very small MOQ, some models might not.
Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?（What method do you use to deliver the goods? How long does it usually take?）
A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends your destination.

Q6.How to proceed an order?
A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.
Q7. How to deal with defective?(What should we do if we receive a defective product?)
A: First, All of our products are produced strictly under quality control and hold the defective rate less than 0.3%.
Second, we will provide 1% key component spare parts for each order.
At the same time, for batch quantity defectives. We can repair for them or we can discuss the best solution to you. Whatever, we will bear for all of the repair cost.
