Q1:How do I know if an electric bike kit will fit my bike?
A1: Kindly check the minimum dropout and axle length requirements in the product description.
Q2: What is the mileage range of my electric bike kit?
A2: 48v 12ah battery has 576watt hours(48v*12ah=576w hours). Roughly 20w= around 1 milo, so 576w hours divided by 20=28.8 miles.
Q3: What is the difference between a freewheel and cassette?
The terms "freewheel" and "cassette" often used interchangeably. Traditional near hubs came with a standardized set of threads to which a standard freewheel/sprocket cluster could be screwed on. This allowed any brand of freewheel to be mounted on any brand of hub. If you wore out your sprockets, or wanted different gear ratios, you could unscrew the cluster and install a new one.
Q4: Can the bike be driven in the rain?
A4: Yes, all components are adequately protected against water ingress. However, you should avoid heavy rain, washing the bike with a pressure hose and water passages where the motor components are under water.
