Product Description


G Series Stainless Steel Single Mono Screw Pump


G type single screw pump is volumetric working principle type pump, main working parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushings (stator). Because of the special geometric shapes, the two parts form respectively separate sealed chamber, medium uniform flow by axial, internal flow is slow, volume remains the same, the pressure is stable, and will not produce vortices and agitation.


Because the stator adopts various elastic material, this kind of pump can convery high viscosity fluid containing rigid suspended particles or fiber. The flow rate is proportional to the speed.

1. Wide application; Convey both fluid and non-fluid

3. No stirring of medium in the pump, no extrusion or cutting
