Through hole table
Big through hole welding positioner is suitable for the rotating of flexible hose pipe,stainless steel pipe,flange pipe,cover flange.
1. When positioner is used horizontally, choose according to the weight of your pipe;
2. The maximum rotation speed of the worktable, the same power motor, by reducer, the lower the max-rotation speed, the bigger of the torque, and the turntable much stable;
3. If the diameter of the worktable meets the requirements of the workpiece and if the workpiece is eccentric;
4. If the welding current of the welding machine and the electrical conductivity of the machine rotation is satisfied;
5. Motor control DC motor, optional AC motor, stepper or servo CNC speed regulation;
6. Choose the through-hole welding positioner according to the positioner and the pipe size.
7. According to needs to choose chuck, gun holder, tailstock, pipe bracket, oscillator, argon arc wire feeder and other accessories.

Q1. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A4: Firstly, we should investigate the reason cause the damage. At the same time, we will claim for the insurance by ourselves or assist the buyer.
Secondly we will send the replacement to the buyer. The responsible person for above damage will take charge of the cost of the replacement.
