What is an Enclosed Track Overhead Conveyor?

The mechanism is quite simple – we have a chain consisting of bearings and links, which is pulled through a track.  This overhead conveyor is specifically called an enclosed track overhead conveyor because the chain is almost completely covered by the track.

Each chain buckle is precision forged through ten processes, and the breaking force of the chain reaches 55KN.

No.2 Chain length precision

Under the test force of 270N/m, the measured deviation does not exceed +0.3%~-0.1% of the nominal size of the measured length.

No.3 High hardness

The wheels are carburized and quenched, and the surface hardness reaches 45 degrees or more.

Overhead Conveyor Drive Device

The clutch load-limiting device, when the conveyor chain is jammed, the clutch load-limiting device will be empty to protect the chain and the motor.

Curved  track rail introduction
