Usually we accept T/T For regular orders. Terms of payment 30% deposit,full payment before delivery the goods.

4. What is the lead time ?
It’s usually takes 5 to 7 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Generally, 8sqms/carton with 5 layer brown carton ,16 cartons/pallet.

6. What is your terms of delivery ?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF…etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

7. How to solve the quality problems after sales ?
Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.

8. Do you have any MOQ limit for order ?
Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

9. Is it OK to print my logo on product ?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
