Q: What is your MOQ policy? What if we just want to order a few pieces?
A: Usually MOQ is 1000 pieces for most of our models. But we could negotiate also. For the first trial order, we would decrease our MOQ as much as possible in order to kick start the business.
Q: Do you have order MOV requirement?
A: Yes. MOV for regular orders should be US$5000. Besides, we need to charge US$400 if we need to deliver the cargo as LCL loading. But we could negotiate also.
Q: What is your production leadtime?
A: 45 days for first order and 35 days for repeat orders.
Q: How can we get to know the product quality before placing the order?
A: We could offer samples to customer to do quality test first.
Q: Can we order free samples? And how about the transportation cost?
A: We offer free samples for some basic models usually. Please feel free to contact with our sales representative for the free sample list. For others, customers may need to pay for the sample cost. And customer needs to take care of the transportation cost. But if the order value reaches our order MOV, sample fee can be refunded.
