Product Description
Gypsum powder line is to produce gypsum powder to match gypsum board.The gypsum powder production line with natural gypsum as raw material is equipped with a variety of advanced technical equipment at home and abroad, The gypsum stone is crushed into granule less than 25mm with crusher.It’s stored in raw material silo, then conveyed into grinding mill to make gypsum powder.The powder is classified through a classifier. The qualified powder in required fineness shall be carried to the calciner, while the unqualified powder shall be returned to the grinding mill for furhter process. The calcined gypsum powder (it’s usually called Plaster of Paris) shall be stored in the finished product silo for preparation of plasterboard raw material.
Application
Gypsum calcination process plant production line --- the latest type of Raymond Mill, has become one of the most advanced grinding mills in the world with its so many intellectual properties like bear-gear drive, inner oil lubricating system, arc air channel, etc. It is widely used in cement, coal , power plant desulfurization, metallurgy, chemical industry, non-metallic mineral, construction material, ceramics, etc.. It can process the material such as limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potassium feldspar, bentonite, medical stone, rock phosphate, manganese ore, iron ore, quartz, active carbon, carbon black, ceramic, coal, etc..
Working Principle
1>. Firstly, raw material is crushed by stone crusher to the required size of Raymond mill.
2>. Secondly, the raw material goes into the grinding chamber through the vibrating feeder at an even rate.
3>. Thirdly, the raw material lifted by the shovel is ground into powder between the ring and roller.
4>. Fourthly, the powder is blown up to the cyclone collector through the classifier, which will be collected through the discharging valve. The unneeded powder, which cannot go through the classifier, will be reground into the needed powder.
