Product Application:
◆Mold making liquid silicone rubber is suitable for gypsum handicrafts, gypsum lines, cement components, cement rockeries, cement sculptures, background walls, sandstone carvings and other products to replicate and make silicone molds.
◆ It can perfectly replicate the small lines and patterns of the product, which is suitable for mass production and replication of cement products.
◆ Silicone mold can be reused, saving production costs.
Operating Process:
1. Clean the surface of the product, apply a layer of release agent evenly, and fix the product on a flat wooden or glass plate;
2. Cut the wood plate, surround the product (leave a distance of about 5mm between the board and the product, and apply a mold release agent), and seal the gaps on the four sides with a hot melt glue gun;
3. According to the size of the product, the complexity of the structure and the use of weighing silica gel for proportioning, after fully mixing and stirring, pour a part into the mold, and then vacuum together;
4. After vacuuming, pour all the remaining silica gel into the mold;
5. After the silicone is completely cured (3-4 hours), remove the cardboard, remove the silicone mold, and trim the excess silicone on the four sides with scissors;
6. Carry out demoulding, take out the mold, and trim the edges;
7. At this point, the whole process is over, and it can be put into production after 24 hours. Store the silicone mold in a ventilated, cool and dry place.
Packing:
25KG/200KG/barrel
Storage:
Sealed storage between 23±2℃ away from heat, light.
The service life is 12 months.
Precautions:
1. The amount of curing agent added should depend on the temperature, when the temperature is high, it will be reduced. Adding too much curing agent will affect the quality of the mold, and the silicone mold will become brittle; adding less curing agent will prolong the curing time;
2. It is enough to vacuum to -0.1mpa. The vacuuming time should not be too long to prevent the cross-linking reaction of the silica gel during vacuuming, so that the silica gel becomes piece by piece, resulting in waste of raw materials;
