Q4. I still worry about the effect of my product, can I get a sample before the mass order?
Yes,you can. Before the mass order, we will make the sample first, and then send the picture or video to you. After your confirmation, we will start the mass
production

Q5. if I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?
No, we will help you to save the mold for 2 year, during this time, you needn’t pay any mold fee for re-make the same design.

Q6.May I have some samples to check the quality?
Yes,we can send our samples to you but the shipping cost should be on your side.

Q7.When will the order be finished after I finished the payment?
The time will be calculated after you confirm the artwork or sample.
