Zircon sand is a natural sand with excellent refractory properties. The zircon sand is also be called zircon silicate(ZrSiO4). It is an ideal material in foundry, refractory industry.

 

Features of zircon silicate powder/ Zircon silicate Flour 325 mesh:

l  High refractoriness. Melting point up to 2100-2300℃.

l  Thermal resistance and chemical stability at high temperatures.

l  Neutral PH with low acidity.

l  High cleanness and good round grain shape.

l  Good grain size and fineness consistency.

l  High ability to bind with binders include both organic and inorganic ones.

l  Very low thermal expansion coefficient.

l  High thermal conductivity.

l  Low wettability.
