1. Energy/heat recovery ventilation technology
Energy recovery ventilation (ERV) is the process of energy recovery in residential and commercial HVAC systems, by exchanging energy from the exhausted air of a building or space, to process ventilated air entering the room. In the hot season, the system precools and dehumidifies the fresh air, humidify and preheat in the cold season.
The benefits of using energy recovery are the ability to meet ASHRAE ventilation and energy standards while improving indoor air quality and reducing the total capacity of HVAC units.


Heat recovery calculating equation:

SA temp.=(RA temp.−OA temp.)×temp. recovery effciency + OA temp.
Example:14.8℃=(20℃−0℃)×74%+0℃

Heat recovery calculating equation

Example:27.8℃=(33℃−26℃)×74%

2 . Energy/heat exchange core
The energy/heat recovery core (enthalpy exchanger) is made of ER paper, featuring high moisture permeability, good air tightness,good tear resistance and aging resistance. The gaps between the fibers are so small that only water molecules with small diameters can pass through, not odor molecules with large diameters. In this way, temperature and humidity can be recovered smoothly,
preventing pollutants from seeping into the fresh air.

Flame retardant, antibacterial and mildew resistance.
Working principle:
The flat plates and the corrugated plates form channels for suction or exhaust air stream. the energy is recovered when the two air steams passing through the exchanger crossly with temperature difference.


3. More energy saving by using DC motor
The high-efficiency brushless DC motor is built into the Smart energy recovery ventilator, which can reduce the power consumption by 70% and save energy significantly. VSD control is suitable for most engineering air volume and ESP requirements.


4. Multiple purification technology





Three optional purification methods are available, and can be arbitrarily matched.
A:Primary purification:
The primary filter is suitable for the primary filtration of ventilation system, mainly used for filtering dust particles above.5μm; the primary filter can be reused after washing.
B:TVOC purification:
TVOC filter is made of activated carbon, is used to deal with odor and pollution in the air, with 100% surface adsorption capacity, can effectively remove a lot of odor and harmful gases.
C: High efficiency purification
Effectively purify PM2.5 Particulate, for 0.1 micron and 0.3 micron particles, the purification efficiency reaches 99.998%. It traps 99.9% of bacteria and viruses and causes them to die from dehydration within 72 hours.
