1. What is the material of your waterproof bag?

A: It is made from a powerful TPU or PVC tarpaulin, 10 times stronger than a cheap vinyl version and waterproof performance.

2. Can I use my bag in the water?

A: Yes. It is used for boating, fishing, surfing, swimming, diving and any other outdoor activities or water sports.

3. How do you control the products quality?
A: We will do all the process per ISO 9000 quality system. Also We have10+ members QC to do 100% inspection for the
products before shipping.

4. How long to ship the goods if place an order?
A: Usually it will take 15 days to finish the goods, but sometimes depend on the order quantity.

5. How do you to handle the issue if the products have some problem after received?
A: We will compensate the customers for loss by products or discount if the problem caused by the us.

A: Sample order: 100% T/T in advance. Production Order: We do 30% Deposit in advance before production, balance
payment before shipment.
