Cleanmo’s CM-PS713 Cleanroom Polyester Swabs the head cloth is longitudinal-grain, with deep gaps that allow for more dirt. The cloth is strong and wear-resistant, and can be cleaned of things that need to be cleaned vigorously, such as a smooth screen.
The amount of dust emitted from the extreme bottom of nonvolatile residues far below the standard.
Not easy to wear out: no pollution of the product adhesives, excellent resistance to chemical solvents.

*USE FOR PRINTERS & OPTICAL EQUIPMENT - Polyester Swab Cleaning Swabs are made specifically for cleaning sensitive equipment such as printers, microscopes, optical sensors and safe for solvent print heads such as Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh Epson printers.

Polyester Swab Features:

Head Material of polyester swab : 1000 series wipes of 120 gram,the material with aperture is deeper, can accommodate more dirty content, cloth is abrasion resistance, can clean the thing that needs to clean with strength.
Double layered of Polyester swabs : Except for PS758L,all types are double layered.
Sterizilation:cloth swab can via EO(high pressure) steriailation ,the temperature can reach 121℃(degree centigrade),Better to last 30 minutes .The temperature is rising slowly,so no change for the swab,won't produce any damage.
The cloth swabs can be used together with alcohol、 acetone 、IPA 、lubricating oil and other solvent.

Product Usage
Cleanmo CM-PS713 Cleanroom Swab is constructed from Double-layer knitted polyester that is free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amides or phthalate esters. The cloth is thermally
bonded to the handle, thus, eliminating the use of contaminating adhesive or coatings. Laundered and packed under an ISO Class 5
Cleanroom, the polyester exhibits low particulate and ionic content. It has excellent compatibility with most common solvents including acetone as well as excellent absorbency and solvent-holding capacity.
The head is designed for cleaning small, slotted and recessed areas.
The excellent cleaning is controlled.
