Shenyang Hongda Machinery Factory, founded in 1994, is a spring manufacturer. Production of various cylindrical spiral compression springs, cylindrical spiral extension springs, various torsion springs, non cylindrical springs, truncated cone coil springs, truncated cone scroll springs, concave and convex coil springs, dish springs, scroll springs and coupling springs.The factory is located in Yuhong District Hardware Industrial Park, Shenyang, 4 kilometers away from the urban area. The factorycovers an area of 12000 square meters and a building area of 3000 square meters. The existing fixed assets are 15 million yuan.
The main equipment of our factory includes 0.2mm to 30mm automatic and computer spring coiler, automatic spring grinder, shot peening machine, continuous hot air tempering furnace and other kinds of bullets.
Spring processing equipment. The testing equipment includes spring fatigue testing machine, spring tension testing machine hardness tester, salt spray test box, chemical testing equipment and other special testing equipment for springs.
With strong technical force, production equipment and perfect management system, Hongda Spring has won high praise from customers. In 2019, it passed the 1ATF16949 management system certification of the automobile industry and became a supporting manufacturer of BMW, Volkswagen, Brilliance and other automobiles.
