Calcium lignosulphonate Introduction:
Calcium lignosulfonate (wood calcium for short) is a multi-component polymer anionic surfactant, the appearance of light yellow to dark brown powder, slightly aromatic smell, molecular weight is generally between 800 ~ 10000, with strong dispersion, bonding, chelating. Usually from acid pulping (also known as sulfite pulping) cooking waste liquid, by spray drying. Can contain up to 30% reducing sugar. Soluble in water, but insoluble in any common organic solvents. The pH value of 1% aqueous solution is about 4 ~ 6.
Calcium lignosulphonate Usage:
Calcium lignosulfonate can be used as dispersant, emulsifier, wetting agent, etc. Used in industrial detergent, pesticide insecticide, herbicide, cement and concrete water-reducing agent, admixture, dye diffuser, coke and charcoal processing, dye and pigment, petroleum industry, wax emulsion, ceramics, etc.
