2) We design the couplers of all specifications based on the strength requirements of HRB500 steel bars. Couplers are applicable to all screw thread steel on grade HRB335,HRB400,HRB500,HRB600.
3) The parallel rebar coupler system is one of the smallest and the most cost-effective coupler systems in our range, when used on large scale, high coupler volume projects.
4) The end of each bar to be joined is cut square and enlarged by cold forging. This increases the core
diameter of the bar to ensure that the joint is stronger than the bar.
5) The ends of the bars are enlarged and a parallel thread is cut onto the ends to suit the threaded coupler. The coupler is assembled using a pipe or chain wrench. Calibrated wrenches are not necessary.
6) Good low temperature resistance, and could pass the -40 degree low temperature test.




Packing & Delivery




Straight thread sleeves are steel sleeves for steel joints that provide the axial tension or pressure of the reinforcing bars. The longitudinal and transverse ribs of the steel bars to be connected are stripped off by means of cutting and then directly rolled Into ordinary straight thread, with a special straight thread sleeve connected to form a reinforced connection. The connection technology is efficient, convenient and rapid, which can save energy, improve efficiency and provide stable connection.
