BBL new product --EPC Floor.
What is EPC Floor?It is Engineered ABA structure light SPC with foaming SPC layer.
While balancing the stability of product, it can reduce the density by 30%, So as to allow 30% more loading quantity per container to save transportation cost.
What is EPC’s Features?

Foaming Layer assisted with attached Pad is benefit for noise reduction and comfortable foot feeling

EPC is light SPC with lower weight, easier for transportation & DIY
BBL’s EPC is much more than that
Remark : There are two kinds of EPC in the market
BBL’s EPC : Engineered ABA structure light SPC ,Density :1400kg/m3
The others : Single extrusion one layer structure light SPC, Density: 1550kg-1800kg/m3

Research and Developing
In 2010, BBL set up "Product Research and Developing Department". Jointly with Nanjing Forestry University, BBL has established "BBL Floor Engineering Technology Research and Developing Center". Every 3 days, one new color will be created by this center.This center will develop any new flooring color based on different market's flooring style requirement.
