40ft container Lifting Mobile Gantry Crane for Station
Mobile container crane is a container-specific crane which is specially produced for small and medium-sized container yards and enterprise container shipments with low operating cost. The main functions are: Loading and unloading the container from the truck on the work site, the operator can continuously load the container. At the same time, using containers as transit will greatly shorten the waiting time of container trucks for loading, can improve the efficiency of container trucks by 12 to 15 times.
The container crane is powered by a 490BPG diesel engine and features low operating noise and low vehicle vibration. The main body consists of steel frame, steel wire rope, hydraulic motor of hydraulic transmission system, gear pump, steering cylinder, lifting cylinder, double-acting balance valve and walking solid tire. The lifting mechanism adopts four cylinders with the diameter of 180 mm, which have a large lifting capacity, a small system pressure, a stable and safe lifting and lowering, and high loading and unloading efficiency. It adopts two-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, and a large rotation angle of up to 110 degrees. It can realize steering and translation at any angle, and the turning radius is small. The control system consists of a complete set of valve body and operating rod, which is simple, convenient and flexible to operate.
The container crane is required to be used on a flat, hardened, pit-free site. It is suitable for the loading and unloading of containers in logistics companies, warehouses, terminals, container yards, freight yards, etc.
