XCMG Official 8 tons Road Dust Cleaning Machine XZJ5180TDYD5 Multifunctional Dust Suppression Vehicle
The multifunction dust suppression vehicle is provided with a dust suppression system. The mode of injecting water into the air is used to make the particles suspended in the air to condense and fall down, thus reducing the quantity of suspended particles in the air. In addition, a low-pressure water pipeline system is also provided, which has the function of low-pressure washing.
At present, the multifunction dust suppression vehicle has been widely applied in urban air purification, dust suppression in various storage yards (e.g. coal yard and port material yard), spraying disinfection at various public places (e.g. airport, expressway, station and dock) and refuse landfills, and moisturizing and cooling of highway and sports field.
1. High Atomization Degree, Invincible Opponent of Flying Dust
It is based on aerodynamic principle; the dust particle will be easier to be trapped if the fogdrop diameter is closer to dust diameter, realizing the action of dust suppression. Applying the dust suppression technology independently researched and developed by XCMG, the fogdrop diameter is mainly between the range of 2um-20um and 50um-200um; and the high atomization degree can really reduce PM2.5 and PM10.

The maximum range is 120 m, and there is 8-stage adjustment function, which basically reach the building height of super-high rise.The blower can realize -10° ~40° pitching, which largely expand the applicable working conditions, such as pesticide spraying, building cleaning, emergency rescue, etc.
3. Super-large Water Tank, Diversified Functions
Super-large water tank is set; and one time of water filling can cover the spraying area. Standard water cannon is provided; and high pressure water column is adjustable (heavy rain, moderate rain, drizzle). Opposite-flushing and spraying device is set, and it can replace conventional cleaning truck for road washing and sprinkling.
