Application: Function and characteristics * The machine is used to reinforce the web and make product surface finish treatment, pattern design and velour effect and etc. * Ying Yang can produce a complete range of needle looms to satisfy the requirements of nonwoven industry. * All types of needle board configuration including single-board, double-board, up-punch, down-punch, opposite-punch, same position-punch and different position-punch machines are manufactured. * The modular structure is adopted in the needle loom, and the needle board with width and length is divided into blocks. * Machine widths as wide as 10 meters are available as standard. * Various needle loom speeds are available dependent upon production requirements and these are normally up to 1800 stroke / per minute. * Needle densities are available from 2000 to 8000 needles / per meter / per board. * Multi human designs are applied such as single or double driven box structure, multiple-choice stroke, convenient mounting and dismounting of needle board and etc. * Frequency control technology is adopted, and the punching frequency and web speed can be adjusted continuously according to the system/process needs. * The stripping plate and bed plate can be moved up and down automatically. * All machines come complete with PLC and touch screen control with flexible, convenient and reliable adjustment. * Our technical staff is always available to discuss your particular applications and design a needling system to meet your individual needs. | ||||||||

Certainly, you are welcomed to visit the factory, also during Pandemic we can show you our factory remotely.
4.\tWe are inexperienced, but if we want to buy equipment and can’t operate it, what should we do?
Our engineer will go to your factory for installation and training, also will guide your team to run the equipment until you can produce the product by yourself.
5.\tHow long is the warranty period?
12 months after installation.
6.\tI want a customized machine, ok?
Yes, most of our machine can be customized and can be designed according to your requirements.
7.\tHow is your machine quality and service?
