Cathode (Aluminum Foil)
Aluminum foil is the only material suited for lithium-ion battery cathode current collectors. There are no substitutes.
UACJ Foil employs aluminum alloys carefully selected for on-board vehicle use. The foil is produced with a precision thickness to
within ±0.5 μm.

Product Details:
Aluminum foil is widely used as substrate (current collector) for cathode materials coating in Li-Ion battery research. The
naturally formed oxide layer provides the resistance to corrosion and oxidation at high potentials. Aluminum has a good thermal
and electronic conductivity when used as current collector.
The thickness of Aluminum foil is one of key features for the battery power density. Thin thickness benefits the power density
while increases the cost. Currently, 12um is the most popular thickness for battery R&D and industries.
Note: The aluminum foil surface can be coated by carbon, cathode materials, e.g. LiFePO4, LiCoO2, upon request.

Q1. How long can make delivery?
A: For stock products,will make shipments in 2-5 days after receiving deposit or receiving T/T;
for products need new production for common materials,usually make shipments in 7-10 days;
for products need new products for special and rare materials,usually need 15-20 days to make shipment.
Q2. Can you provide the samples?
A:Samples can be provided with samples' charge and courier fee by the buyer's side.
Q3. What's your payment terms?
A: Down payments 30%TT and balance 70% TT or L/C.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Airline and sea shipping also optional.
For mass products, ship freight is prefered.
