Product Description
The composite bowling lane board produced by Nanjing Riyi Technology Co., Ltd. is made of Decorative paper and Overlay paper impregnated with 50% melamine resin, plus multi-layer brown kraft paper impregnated with 30% phenolic resin, laminated according to the thickness required, and then pressed with Steel plate is pressed under high temperature (150 C) and high pressure (80kgf/cm2), and the material has no toxic side effects after curing at high temperature. The surface wear resistance coefficient reaches 15000 rpm, so that it has high wear resistance, high scratch resistance, high temperature resistance, good mechanical properties, radiation resistance and other superior performance, with strong, impact-resistant, waterproof, moisture-resistant characteristics, but also has a clear ballistic lines, signs standardized, accurate size, never fade. And can directly use standard carbon steel alloy tool for drilling, knocking, sanding, guiding, cutting, etc. It is the beautiful choice of bowling lane board nowadays.
