1. Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Yancheng City, Jiangsu, China.
It takes about 2.5 hours from Shanghai or Nanjing by train; 2 hours from Guangzhou or Beijing by airplane.
2. Q: What is the lead time?
A: It depends on your order quantity. Standard machines 15-30 days, special configurations need 30-45 calendar days.
3. Q: Where is your loading port
A: Mainly it's Shanghai port, others as discussion.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit and balance payment before shipment; or 100% LC at sight.
5. Q: Can you export and supply the customs clearance documents we need?
A: We have much experience on exporting, supply the CE certificate, Form E, price certification and so on as standard, special documents with discussion
6. Q:What's the guarantee time for your machines?
A: Our guarantee time is 15 months after machines leaving our factory, technical support for life.
