Sourcing and purchasing is a series comprehensive jobs related to the costs, the efficiency, the communication and the trust. How to Start:
- For dropshipping, the product photos or links and the destinations will be required;

The product links or photos can be from aliexpress, alibaba, ebay or amazon, etc. In most of the cases, if they're made in China, we will find the same from 1688.com with the cost from the manufacturers.
Why 1688.com:
1688.com is a wholesale website owned by Alibaba group that most of the suppliers of Alibaba, Aliexpress, Taobao, Amazon, Ebay buying from. It contains more than 10 million verified manufacturers in 49 categories. There's only Chinese version and it's only accept RMB (China Yuan) payment.
Get Your 1688 Account:
To open 1688 product links, you need to register an 1688.com account with your mobile number. Normally, you can use google translator to do it. You can also set up a video talk with us to help, totally free.
Transparent Cost:
The cost and the charge of each process is listed below. Our staffs are required to follow these standards without any tricks and the hidden extras. We also tried to be more flexible and easygoing to help our clients get the better services with the reasonable cost. Once you can't get the best quotation with the same product and delivery after discussing with our staffs, you can talk to the supervisor directly to review the costlist they quoted. Cost Structure (for both wholesale and dropshipping):
1. Product Cost: Net price from the factory with the product link and the screenshot;
2. Inland Freight: $1.20/pc (can be ignored when every time order quantity reaches 20pcs);
3. Freight to destinations (We find the best offers from the forwarders and show you the net):
- Dropshipping: Net from the rate sheets of the forwarders (see the rates of more than 80 destinations);
- Wholesale: Checking case by case with the product details including description, weight, packing size, etc.

4. Tax & Duty:
- IOSS/VAT: Only required in EU countries (the parcel value can be lowered from $5);
- GST: Normally for Canada and Australia parcels (can be avoided with the stated value less than the limitation);
- Sales Tax: For US customers only (can be avoid using tax-free states as the address on the platform like Alibaba).
5. Packing Cost:
- Dropshipping: $0.50/parcel;
- Wholesale: as actual expenses.
6. Service Charge: 10%;
7. Payment Extra: 3% (The payments from wise, paypal, payoneer, etc. will be exchanged into RMB from Alibaba).
VIP Disount
VIP1: The service charge will be reduced to 9% when accumulated orders reach 200pcs (or US$2000)
VIP2: The service charge will be reduced to 8% when accumulated orders reach 500pcs (or US$5000);\t\t\t\t\tVIP3: The service charge will be reduced to 7% when accumulated orders reach 1000pcs, (or US$10000);\t\t\t\t\t

Payment
We accept all the payment methods including Paypal, West Union, Payoneer, PingPong and wire tansfer to Alibaba.com, Wise.com and our company account. Only Paypal personal payment accepted for dropshipping. The buyers's protection requires the parcel delivered to the Paypal registered address, or the buyer can withdraw the payment in 180 days.
The 3% payment extra will be always unless you pay in CNY cash from Wechat or Alipay account inside China. Or we need to use Alibaba.com to exchange the currency and 3% is the cost from Alibaba.
Aftersales Service:
We believe all the final buyers are in good willing even they complaint or dispute, they just need the clear
fact and good communication to get a solution. We focus below to work together with our clients to get better feedback from the final buyers:
- Early Warning: Our team takes care of the parcel status every day. Once it stuck somewhere for 3 days or more, we will try to know the reason and report this to our client. The final buyers can be informed the same earlier than they found the delay. In most cases, they will be happy to wait longer.
- Priority Compensation: We will refund or resend to the customer for no reason whenever our client demands to do so, even if we should not be responsible to it. The cost will be split according to our refund/resend policy: We will only take the part we should cover, the rest will be on behalf of our client.
- Negotiation with the Suppliers: For any defectives or undelivered parcels, we will discuss to the factories or forwarders for compansation, on behalf of our clients. Usually Chinese suppliers will only ask for defectives return and resend to us, that impossible for its cost, and the forwarders will require the "proofs" and the "order evidence" to refund the freight. It's very hard for our clients to get anything back. We will do the negotiation for our clients to get the better results.
- Delivery Note: We will get shipping proofs for our clients from the forwarders, to help them win the disputes.
