A: SINOCMP will arrange the shipment by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and EMS usually.

A: The normal delivery time to the US is 3-5 days, while 3-7 days will be needed for other countries. EMS will take more days for delivery.

Q5. If I am not satisfied with your products, can I return goods?

A: SINOCMP will offer an exchange or refund service for the defect of our products during the warranty time. Please contact us before you return the defective products. The buyers will pay for the cost of return shipments, and we will responsible for sending the replaced or repaired items back to buyers.

Q6. Do I need to pay customs duties?

A: The price doesn’t include importing fees such as customs duties. So you have to pay these fees according to the regulation of your country, and CMP will try our best to assist you with your requirements.
