Q: Do you support custom sizes?

A: We're more than happy to take your custom-sized order! Besides, OEM and ODM are available. However, we have an MOQ request as it's a special one. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free? 

A: Samples are provided before the start of a new project so that we can ensure that our customers are satisfied with the product. Samples are charged because they are more costly.

Q: How long is the service life of the steel pallets?

A: The service life varies depending on the using environment and the weight you load on it. Generally, it can be used for 3 to 5 years under proper use, but there are many cases where it is used over/less than this period.

Q: What’s the MOQ I can order?

A: Quantity is variable depending on the size. Usually is 1*20GP and it is cost-effective for your shipping cost, but you can also order 50pcs for MOQ here.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive the goods I ordered?
A: It takes around up to 4 weeks to deliver your order with no order customization but may take longer with customization. This is because we ensure that every customized rack you order is uniform and high quality.

Q: What happens in case any quality problem is identified after arrival?
A: We take full responsibility for any manufacturing defect, and would either refund or reship good products to you.

Q: What kind of payment method is accepted? What is the payment term?
A: TT or L/C at sight, DP, etc

Q: I don't have a drawing or picture available for the custom products, could you design it for me?
A: Yes, we can make the best suitable design for you but do need to know the details - such as
a) dimension b) loading capacity c)stackability d)operation environment e)what kind of stuff will be loaded in etc
