Q1. How can I get free sample?
A: We provide free samples(currently available color) with freight repaid by buyers.
Q2. How to get sample with my logo?
A: We can provide customized sample and the sample fee is on buyer’s account. If buyer place bulk order, the sample
fee can be refunded.

A: Yes we are direct factory and trading company as well. We also work with other factories to meet different needs from our customers.
Q4. What OEM services do you support?
A: We provide full service from packaging design, mold making to production.
Our OEM service on production includes:
--a. Logo printing such as silk printing, hot-stamping, 3D printing etc.
--b. Surface treatment can be done as metal painting spraying, UV coating, rubberized etc.
--c. Product materials can be used such as ABS/AL/PP/PE/PETG etc.
Q5. How can you ensure the quality?
A: We have our own professional QC team and strict AQL system to ensure the quality. Our products are totally worth of the prices.And we can provide free sample for you to test on your side.
Q6. How about the shipment?
A: We will arrange the most suitable shipping way according to your address(zip code including). Basically we can ship by express(like Fedex,DHL,TNT etc.),by ocean(usually DDP is available) or by air.
Q7. What's your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit in advance by T/T, 70% balance to be paid before loading the cargo. Paypal, T/T or Alibaba Trade Assurance order are all workable.
