Our company, Huizhou Jinhaocheng Non-woven Fabric Co.,Ltd, was established in 2005. Integrated development and manufacturing in-house, we have our own factory which specialize in producing all types of non-woven fabrics and related products. With factory building covering an area of 15,000 square meters, we have realized 10 automatic production lines including needle punched nonwoven fabrics, thermal bonded/hot air though cotton, laminated fabrics, quilting and so on.
Located in Huiyang Area, Huizhou, Guangdong, where there are two high-speed crossings, our company enjoys convenient transportation access with only 40 minutes driving from Shenzhen Yantian Port and 30 minutes from Dongguan. Currently, non-woven fabric industry has infiltrated into each domain of the society. Our company has introduced advanced production equipment and technologies, features high technical capabilities, employs experienced technical and management personnel, and has ten non-woven field of professional production equipment assembly lines, which ensures our annual production capacity can reach more than 5,000 tons of fabric.
Our main products are needle punched geotextile, filter fabrics, cleaning cloth, bed tasted wimple cotton (quilting), car upholstery fabrics, furniture cotton fabric, carpet, garment interlining, composite/laminated cloth, toys/shoes filling cotton, comforter wadding, non-woven fabric packaging materials, process of polyester fiber cloth, and Christmas raw materials. Our products are widely used in every field of modern society such as Home Textile, Furniture, Medical Field, Car Industry, Clean Cloth, Package Field, Industry, Agriculture and other industries.
