Product Description
corrugated sidewall conveyor belt
Sidewall Conveyor belt has been designed with two corrugated sidewalls and cleats molded to cross-rigid base belt which can carry heavy product loads up to the inclined angle of 75°. This belt is popular where space is at a premium and steep incline angles are desired. Sidewall and cleats are hot vulcanized to the base belt. Compared to the traditional cold bonding methods, hot vulcanizing ensures strong adhesive force between the components and the belt and therefore a much longer life of the product.

Sidewall conveyor belt can be used for horizontal, sloping or vertical conveyance and it is one of the most effective ways of elevating materials in a confined space. The economic goal can be achieved by single belt operation and wide range materials can be handled in cases of limited space and strict requirements of no transfer point, low maintenance and big capacity.

Cleat
Cleat types: T, TS, C, TC and TCS
The cleat is made of enforced fabric, solid, anti-shock to avoid distortion.
"TS" and "TCS" cleat are normally used for abrasion condition
"T" and "TS" cleat are normally used up to 40 degree
"TC" and "TCS" are normally used from 40 to 90 degree
