Product Description
MS500 portable combustible gas detector is used for the occasions where rapid detection of combustible gas concentrations, temperature and humidity measurements, and over-standard alarm. It adopts a 2.31 inch high-definition color screen for real-time display, and uses imported gas sensors from well-known brands.
The main detection principles are: electrochemical, infrared, catalytic combustion, thermal conductivity, PID. Advanced circuit design, mature kernel algorithm processing, unique shape design, has obtained a number of software work patents and appearance patents.
It can detect the gas concentration in pipelines or confined spaces and the atmospheric environment. It can detect gas leaks or high purity single gas purity of various background gases such as nitrogen or oxygen. It can detect more than 500 kinds of gases.

Main Features
The measurement unit can be switched freely.
(no need to input molecular weight for conventional gas, input molecular weight of special gas, the detector will automatically calculate and switch)
Units optional: ppm, mg/m3, Vol%, LEL%, PPHM, ppb, mg/L.
Built-in pump suction, integrated water vapor and dust filter, fast response, support long distance sampling.
Built-in water vapor and dust filter to prevent damage to sensors and instruments, can be used in high humidity and high dust environments. The sampling distance is over 10 meters, and the special gas path design can directly detect; the negative or positive pressure of -0.5 to 2 Kg of gas has no effect on the measurement result.
Human-machine interface.
2.31 inch high-definition color screen, display real-time concentration, alarm, time, temperature, humidity, storage,
communication, power, charging status, concentration unit, gas molecular formula, gas name and other information, the menu interface uses high-definition simulation graphics to display the function names of each menu.
Large-capacity data storage function, support multiple storage methods.
Standard configuration of 100,000 data storage capacity, larger capacity can be customized; support real-time storage, timing storage, or only alarm concentration data and time.Support local view and delete data, also can upload data to computer through USB interface, use upper computer software to analyze data, store and print.Optional RS485 communication.
High temperature gas detection.(optional)
Optional high-temperature sampling cooling filter handle or high-temperature and high-humidity pretreatment system, can detect 400 ℃ gas, higher temperature gas detection can be customized.
Three display modes can be switched.
Simultaneous display of four gas concentrations, large font cycle display of single channel gas concentration, real-time curve. Automatic or manual cycle between channels are switchable. Can set whether to display the maximum value, minimum value, gas name, and view the historical curve graph.
Graphical display to reflect the trend of gas concentration change in a curve in a period of time.
Data recovery function.
Partial or full recovery can be selected, eliminating worries caused by wrong operation.
Can set whether to display the maximum value, minimum value, average value.
USB charging interface, with charging protection function, support USB hot plug.
Can be charged by computer or power bank, compatible with mobile phone charger; has overcharge, over discharge, overvoltage, short circuit, overheat protection; 5 levels of accurate power display. The detector works normally when charging.
4600mA large-capacity rechargeable polymer battery, it can work continuously for a long time.
High-precision temperature and humidity measurement (optional).
It can do temperature compensate to the sensor at same time.
Support real-time detection or timing detection. When not detecting, you can turn off the pump to extend the working time.

Contains sound and light alarm, vibration alarm, visual alarm. Alarm types include: concentration alarm, under-voltage alarm, and fault alarm.
