SW 313 fluorocarbon surfactant is a special surfactant for coatings. The product has
the characteristics of high surface activity, high thermal stability and high chemical stability,
The outstanding advantage of this type of fluorocarbon surfactant is that it has extremely
high surface activity, which is the highest surface activity among the currently known
surfactants. Adding a very small amount of this product in the paint product can
significantly improve the substrate wettability of the paint product, the pigment dispersion
efficiency, and the stain resistance of the paint.
Advantages
The amount of addition is very small and the cost is low :It only needs to add
0.1%~0.3% to the formula to show good effect, and can reduce the use of other wetting
agents and defoamers, effectively reducing costs;
Significantly improved wettability :Significantly reduce the surface tension of the
coating system, improve the wettability and leveling of the paint on the substrate,especially suitable for water-based wood coatings, water-based plastic coatings and other
materials;
Pigment dispersibility :Improve the dispersion effect of pigments in the coating system,
and improve the storage stability of the coating;
Good compounding performance: Added in water-based coatings, it can be effectively
compatible with most other additives without destroying the original coatings system;
Improve stain resistance: During the film forming process, the fluorosurfactant gradually
migrates to the surface layer of the coating film, and the latex particles wrap the pigment
and filler to form a tight dry film. The fluorine-containing hydrocarbon group greatly
reduces the surface tension of the dry coating film, endows the coating film with water and
oil repellency, and improves the anti-adhesion and anti-fouling capabilities of the coating film.
Packing and Storage

Recommended uses
SW 313 fluorocarbon surfactant for coatings is recommended to be used in water-based
coatings as follows:
The total dosage is 0.1~0.3% of the formula to achieve the best effect;
During the production process, it is recommended to add it at a ratio of 7:3
before and after grinding;
Appropriately reduce the dosage of other wetting and dispersing agents to prevent possible interference
